We offer FREE UK shipping to all customers.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Processing & Delivery Time

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery may be affected by external factors such as logistics delays or customs checks.

UK Standard Shipping:
Delivery generally takes 7 to 12 business days.

2.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Our fulfilment team operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We aim to keep any delays to a minimum during such times.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change of delivery address at any time before your order has been dispatched.

2.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services. Courier delivery is not available for these locations.

2.5 Items Out of Stock

If an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel and refund that item, and dispatch the rest of your order as normal.

2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery has exceeded the estimated time, please get in touch with us so we can investigate the delay.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
